Hope Valley Recovery Process

We know that taking that leap of faith can be hard, so we’ve provided you with information below outlining the process of coming to our facility.
Our integrated approach combines personalized medical, behavioral, clinical, and holistic therapies that are proven to work. You are never “on your own.”
LEARN MORE
- Once you arrive at the facility you will be greeted by our admissions staff, who will meet with you to begin the admission process. During this time you will have the opportunity to ask questions and become familiar with the environment.
- Upon completion of the admission with the admissions staff you will be given a semi-private bedroom with a comfortable bed and TV to begin Phase 1 of your treatment – Inpatient Medical Detox. Additionally, upon review by a board-certified physician, you will begin your return to wellness with medication-based treatment for withdrawal relief. These medications will be gently tapered down to support your withdrawal symptoms. Our techniques are safe, medically accredited and evidence based. Our promise to you is that you will be comfortable and monitored the entire time.
- As you progress through Phase 1 of the program, alongside our caring and compassionate medical staff, you will ultimately be moved into our supportive housing wing. This is where you will begin Phase 2 of your journey. At this point in your treatment, you will begin meeting with your primary therapist, case manager, peer supporter, and start attending groups and activities. Additionally, your new semi-private room will be furnished with comfortable amenities and a TV for down time.
- As the days progress, you will be given opportunities to talk honestly about what’s been going on and how you feel, and to experience community by meeting others with the same struggle. Through individualized counseling and group therapy with licensed counselors, you will be expertly guided as you explore the thoughts, behaviors, and motivations behind your addiction. If family counseling is appropriate, you will identify enabling patterns and be set free from them through supportive strategies. This will prepare you for your transition to Phase 3 of the program.
- As you progress into Phase 3, Phase 4, and Phase 5 of the program you will move into off-site housing that provides a more “home-like” atmosphere. Your privileges will increase and you will have the opportunity to experience life on life’s terms, with the support of 24-7 staff. This is the point in your program when the barriers you identified in Phase 2 take root and Hope Valley Recovery begins preparing you for an education, meaningful employment, community involvement, sponsorship, fellowship, and life-skill management.
